Pax is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team in our Casa Bella hotel in Tallahassee. As our Front Desk agent, you'll have a pretty laid back position but an extremely important one! You are the first face every guest (and potential guest) sees when they walk in.

Well then we think you have what it takes to be a great Front Desk Agent! Prior customer service experience is preferred, but what we're really looking for is professionalism, a great attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing the best possible customer service at all times
  • Assist guest with check-ins/check-outs
  • Handle guest registration, room assignments, and accommodate special requests whenever you can
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns
  • Provide guests with information on the hotel/services, directions, local attractions, check-cashing, safety boxes, etc.
