Pax Properties, an award-winning property management company, is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Agent for our fully renovated 91-unit multifamily community located in a beautiful Tulsa neighborhood. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and ready to lease, lease, lease!

Position Details

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Compensation: $17–$18/hour (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: Monthly leasing bonus paid per lease
Reports To: Property Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• List and update available units on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and other leasing platforms

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents

• Coordinate and conduct property tours

• Assist with lease applications, renewals, and leasing paperwork

• Maintain accurate and organized tenant files

• Encourage and track online rent payments or in-person submissions

• Communicate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and unit readiness

• Ensure vacant units are marketed aggressively and occupied quickly

Requirements

• Leasing experience preferred (minimum 1 year with references)

• Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills

• Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and local market trends

• Comfortable using MS Office and multiple online platforms

• Ability to work Saturdays (half-day)
